This shipping policy serves as a unified guideline for all order delivery and logistics related rules for our store.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed and fully paid bag orders will undergo internal verification, product sorting and packaging procedures within 1 to 4 business days. Weekends and official U.S. public holidays are excluded from regular processing days, and no order operations will be arranged on these days.
During promotional cycles, shopping peak seasons and periods with explosive order growth, the order processing cycle will be appropriately prolonged. We will proactively send email alerts to customers once the delay scope is obvious, ensuring you are informed of the latest order progress in real time.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
All shipping fees for bag orders are calculated based on package size, gross weight and delivery destination. The final shipping expense will be presented clearly on the checkout page before order payment, and all confirmed shipping fees are non-refundable.
Our store adopts unified standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery cycle of 15 business days after outbound shipment. The delivery time is only a reference standard. Actual arrival time may be changed by multiple uncontrollable factors, including logistics carrier operational delays, customs clearance audits, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday logistics suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your bag order is completely packaged, inspected and dispatched from our warehouse, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your registered mailbox. The email contains complete logistics information, including your exclusive tracking number and carrier details.
The logistics tracking system will complete data synchronization within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up by the logistics provider. If your tracking information fails to update normally beyond this time frame, you can contact our customer service team for professional verification and follow-up processing.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall take full responsibility for submitting accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid contact numbers and correct postal codes during order checkout. Please verify all delivery information carefully before completing payment to avoid delivery failures.
AREAUNA HAMAE LINDSEY shall not bear any liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address errors, customers need to bear all resulting reshipping costs, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
In case your package is lost during transit, you must submit a package loss inquiry and application to our customer service team within 5 calendar days counting from the scheduled delivery date. We will cooperate fully with the official logistics team to investigate the loss cause and confirm liability for subsequent settlement.
Due to the particularity of bag products, extrusion, scratch, accessory damage or package breakage may occur during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged goods, please contact our support team within 24 hours after receiving the package. You need to provide clear photos of the outer package, damaged product overall and detailed damaged parts for us to verify the situation. We will evaluate the issue and provide a proper solution in the shortest time possible.
6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
This clause applies to all bag products sold in our store. Every product is equipped with professional care instructions suitable for its material, including leather, canvas, nylon and other common bag materials. Customers should follow the official guidelines for daily use, storage and routine maintenance.
Any product damage, deformation, fading, peeling or structural failure caused by improper manual cleaning, high-temperature exposure, private modification, violent use or other incorrect human operation shall be borne by the customer. Our store will not provide after-sales compensation or maintenance services for damage caused by non-standard use of products.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all international cross-border shipping orders, the local customs department of the destination country may levy import tariffs, value-added taxes and other customs clearance fees according to local foreign trade policies and regulatory requirements.
All customs-related expenses arising from international transportation are undertaken independently by the customer. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any import taxes and customs fees. We will not be responsible for package detention, return or disposal caused by customers’ failure to pay relevant customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
